Directed Dialog is a
usability testing process which directs the user's
attention to critical aspects of a product with an open dialog approach.
This method may be used with design
concepts, paper prototypes, prototypes,
early releases, products, and web sites.
This scenario-based process uncovers
usability problems, nomenclature issues,
and model problems.

How it works

works well and what doesn't.
- Errors are coded and classified and
design decisions are made based on
customer experiences.
