Feature/Cost Tradeoff ©

Feature/Cost Tradeoff © is a hands-on activity in which a customer selects features from a weighted menu of possible product features. The customer places these features in a product template that constrains the number of features that may be selected.

Both quantitative and qualitative data about customer choices and underlying rationale are collected and used to inform design decisions. The customer assigns a value or importance to each product they make.
