Identify purpose, goals and objectives of the web site, clarify issues, questions, and concerns. 2. Characterize classes of users and develop user personas. 3. Write typical task scenarios. 4. Perform an expert review and report findings, issues, and suggestions. 5. Conduct a team usability walkthrough of the site with issue prioritization and actions.
