Customer-Centered Training

Design Technologies provides courses to support the transfer of usability technology and methods to our clients. Training can take place in a project setting, in an open enrollment course, or on-site for individuals and teams that are interested in using customer information to inform product design decisions. Useful Betas Course

This Useful Betas course presents 13 practical steps to better Betas and explores project specific issues for Beta testing. This half day course is specifically designed for project and product managers, but is also suitable for human factors engineers, information engineers, and others with an interest in more useful Beta testing.
