Customer-Centered Training

Design Technologies provides courses to support the transfer of usability technology and methods to our clients. Training can take place in a project setting, in an open enrollment course, or on-site for individuals and teams that are interested in using customer information to inform product design decisions. Designing Usable Web Sites Course

This half day course focuses on the issues of designing a usable web site such as the planning, human factors of graphic design, and the questions that you should ask yourself for every page and site designed.

Objectives

  • Be guided through current web design guidelines to understand how they may be applied to your web site.
